Our Process Getting to Know You

Our first and most important step is getting to know you and about your company. Because video has the ability to be so expressive, we want to make sure that we do everything we can do capture your company’s essence. No matter what type of video we decide on, our goal is to increase brand awareness and generate leads while we deliver your message and capture your company’s culture.  

Understanding your video needs

There are a wide variety of video types (company overview, how-to, animation, talking heads, and more). Our first step in production is to be sure we know the exact goal of your project and get agreement on what types of videos will best meet your goal. We don’t want to produce an epic motion picture to meet the goal of a simple product demonstration.  

Understanding your vertical, demographics, competition and key business obstacles comes first.

Storyboarding

This is when each video is first brought to life. After a thorough examination of what techniques will best display your company, we will create a storyboard for each video. We have several processes for doing this virtually so we capture the outline of the whole story, including the images and audio that will be included.

Scripting

Once the storyboard is reviewed and approved by you, we will narrow in on the specific wording of the video. This includes all professional voice over and any wording that you see on the screen. Our copy reflects your company in a professional yet approachable way that will get your viewers excited and entice them to take further action.

Filming

If you don’t have previous footage:

We will send one of our videographers along with one of our members from the team to your company or a particular location. We will set up a detailed shoot list to ensure that everything goes smoothly.

If you have footage: We will arrange for all of your footage to be put onto a hard drive and mailed to us.

Post-production

We will edit the footage to create an informative yet memorable video. Using no pre-made templates, we will craft motion graphics that adhere to the strict visuals inspired by your brand. We will go through a detailed review process to ensure that you are happy with our editor’s creativity.

Integration

Using our seasoned marketing expertise, we will integrate each video into your marketing strategy to bring life to your videos and bring in more business. This integration will give your video the exposure you need to jump start an increase in ROI.
